Morning:

Pickup in Reykjavik:
Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel or designated bus stop in Reykjavik. Our comfortable, modern bus is equipped with free Wi-Fi and knowledgeable guides to make your journey informative and enjoyable.
Thingvellir National Park:
Our first stop is Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk between the tectonic plates of North America and Eurasia at the Almannagjá gorge, and discover the historical significance of this site where the Icelandic parliament, Alþingi, was established in 930 AD. Enjoy the stunning scenery, including crystal-clear waters and rugged cliffs.

Midday:

Geysir Geothermal Area:
Next, we head to the Geysir Geothermal Area, home to the famous Strokkur geyser. Watch in awe as Strokkur erupts every 5-10 minutes, shooting boiling water up to 30 meters (98 feet) into the air. Explore the bubbling hot springs and steaming fumaroles that dot the landscape.
Gullfoss Waterfall:
A short drive brings us to Gullfoss, one of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls. Feel the mist on your face as you stand close to the edge and witness the powerful Hvítá River cascade down two tiers into a rugged canyon. Capture the beauty of this natural wonder with plenty of photo opportunities.

Afternoon:

Lunch Break:
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (not included in the tour price) or bring your own packed lunch to savor in the scenic surroundings.
Secret Lagoon:
Our journey continues to the Secret Lagoon, Iceland’s oldest natural swimming pool, located in the village of Flúðir. Relax in the warm, mineral-rich waters and take in the serene beauty of the surrounding area. The Secret Lagoon offers a unique and peaceful geothermal bathing experience, away from the crowds.

Evening:

Return to Reykjavik:
After a rejuvenating soak, board the bus for the return journey to Reykjavik. Reflect on the day’s adventures and enjoy the scenic drive through Iceland’s countryside.
Drop-off in Reykjavik:
We’ll drop you off at your hotel or designated bus stop in Reykjavik, concluding your memorable Golden Circle tour.
